At the heart of all I do is a simple prayer: for liberation, empowerment, aliveness, and radical authenticity for every human being.

I believe that true wholeness comes from embracing and integrating our wild inner worlds; the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden, denied, or forgotten, as well as the parts that carry our Light.

Through many life initiations, I have walked both the bliss of my Light and the abyss of my Darkness.

I grew up navigating strict parenting within a conservative culture, experiencing early childhood trauma in an abusive household, sexual trauma, a life-threatening miscarriage, and the heavy weight of depression……all while carrying the challenging layered complexities of being an immigrant, a woman, and a person of color.

I know what it feels like to hide, to carry shame, to feel broken, to feel unlovable, to struggle with trust, to be numb in my sexuality, to disconnect from my aliveness, and to feel trapped in cycles of pain. I know what it’s like to bear burdens that were never truly mine.

I am here to show you that your past does not define you.

That your pain can be your greatest teacher. That your aliveness is already there within yourself

my self- reclamation

My devotional journey to self-transformation began with yoga, meditation, classical Tantra, animism and breathwork. These opened the doorway to the vast healing realms of sacred sexuality, neo-Tantra, somatic emotional release, and sex shamanism.

Through these practices I discovered and experienced a wild undeniable truth: that true freedom is found in our sacred connection with Eros.

Sexual energy is not just about pleasure. It is the very life-force that fuels our vitality, aliveness, creativity, curiosity, and joy.

Somatic emotional release and sacred sexual healing saved my life.

Through this work, I accessed my body’s innate wisdom, began to heal deep trauma, integrate shadow parts, nurture my inner child, balance my inner polarities, and reclaim the wholeness that has always been within me. I released profound shame around my body, sexuality, and sensual essence.

& in doing so, I unlocked a power, purpose, and inner peace I had never known

I hold healing, transformative and trauma-informed 1:1 spaces for your blooming. These consent-based sessions carry a touch-based approach, coupled with somatic practices and tools such breath, sound, movement & emotional expression.

I guide you through a journey of remembrance, where together, we go into layers of your being that have been longing to be released, transmuted and awakened.

Here, you are witnessed, guided, and supported to explore the full spectrum of your being (physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and sexually).

The healing I offer is the same medicine that transformed my own life, and with utmost devotion, I now carry it on….so others may also find their way Home to themselves.

Womb healing has a very sacred place in my heart.

My own journey has carried me through shadows of sexual trauma, profound loss & grief through life-threatening miscarriages, and life challenges that touched the health of my womb - both physically and energetically.

Through that initiation, I descended into the abyss of my womb and, from the darkness, I ascended in my light.

Womb work became not only a source of healing, but a lifeline that continues to shape who I am today. I also host Red Tents in the name of womb awakening for all sisters to gather and simply remember the holiness of their womb space.

It is from this lived initiation that I now guide other womb-carriers through their own reclamation and reconnection to their Womb Wisdom.

Together, we release what has been carried in silence, awaken the medicine of embodied pleasure, and remember the wisdom and power that our sacred womb holds.

As we heal our own womb, we are also healing the Collective Womb of the Divine Feminine.
